On completion of your online order, you have an option to pay by Credit card or PayPal. We do not charge any credit card fees. Please note that we do not accept any international orders, and if payment is processed you will be promptly refunded.
PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Energy Connections endeavours to ship goods within 48 hours from receipt of order via Australia Post or Courier. Estimated transit time of deliveries is 2-3 business days. Transit time will vary depending on customer location, if delivery is delayed, you agree late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Any fee charged for shipping includes an allowance for packing, freight, and transit insurance. Shipments include tracking information for your chosen shipping address. If for some reason delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not mean a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel the order. If express shipping is required, extra charges may be applicable. So please contact us if you wish to use express shipping.
We reserve the right to review any additional freight fees that may occur. In such a case, we will contact you before dispatch to receive an additional payment if agreed. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order and promptly receive a full refund if you do not accept the extra charges. Please note that “Free Shipping” may not apply to remote destinations.
INSPECTION OF GOODS
It is your responsibility to check what was delivered is correct and the details listed on the tax invoice are correct. Any visible damage to packaging or goods must be documented (photograph taken) and advise us via email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
You are deemed responsible for advising us within 48 hours of receiving the goods of any discrepancy in the shipment contents so that the received goods can be compared, for our records. If we do not receive a notification within the 48 hours, the shipment will be “delivered in full”. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage from items lost or stolen after the delivery.
WARRANTY REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Energy Connections abides by the Australian Consumer Rights & Guarantees Policy (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees). If you change your mind about a purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund for your purchase less a 15% restocking fee provided the goods are returned in the condition they were shipped in, including unmarked or original packaging.
