COVID-19 Business Update


Due to the recent easing of restrictions by the Victorian State Government, Energy Connection's shop front is OPEN for in-store shopping. In line with the COVID-19 update, we will continue to take extra safety precautions, prioritising the health and safety of our customers and staff.



Due to the high demand of online orders, it is a busy time right now for Energy Connections and we are working hard to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. Please expect delays from our end and Australia Post.

Australia post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirements in their network (such as one person unloading a loose load trailer which halves productivity) and an increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. 

Victron energy’s Melbourne warehouse is also experiencing delays during this time, despite working hard to minimise these. This therefore means there will be delays in receiving stock for your orders, as well as drop-shipping orders from their warehouse direct to the customer.

Please be assured we are working as hard as we can to get these orders out for you. Unfortunately, these delays are not within our control, so we want to be upfront about what to expect. We will keep you updated as these time frames start to get back to normal.
